Phone: 204-339-4896 Julie Bell, sole proprietor of EAL Link, is a consultant who specializes in initiatives that support the integration of newcomers in Canada. She started teaching and coordinating workplace ESL and literacy programs in the workplace in 1995. Since then she has undertaken a number of initiatives that benefit newcomers entering the workforce, as well as the workplaces that employ immigrants.
